- DoorlineOps processes data only to provide services.
- Access is limited by role.
- DoorlineOps does not sell client data.
- Subprocessors may include website hosting, email, phone, CRM, scheduling, and analytics tools.
- Incident response notice process: DoorlineOps will notify clients of confirmed security incidents affecting their data without undue delay [placeholder timing — confirm in signed DPA].
